The art of war – it is a sum of having, collecting and storing a unique set of skills, experiences and knowledge; and using these in all actions that deal with Man’s primary task – to survive in battle or in any other extreme situation. This is why the art of war covers a very wide range of themes. It embraces various hand-to-hand and weapon techniques, tactics and strategy, the ability to provide first aid, the use of medicinal herbs, different pshychoregulatory techniques etc.

The tactical goal of practicing the art of war is to have the ability to survive in combat; the strategic goal is to be healthy and happy, living a long and prosperous life.

Diagnostics in natural therapy

Natural philosophy sees a man as a single whole formed by body, senses and soul. From the viewpoint of natural therapy health is a balance between opposite extremes.

The main factors that affect health are:

Correct bearing.
Correct breathing.
Optimal physical activity.
Balanced and healthy nutrition.
Healthy and regular sex life.

Different diagnostics methods

Skin diagnostics
The color, temperature, dryness, oiliness, hair growth or lack thereof, as well as birthmarks, pigment spots, acne can give us a lot of information on the physical state of the person.

Facial diagnostics
Eyes – the state of the sclera, the iris and the pupil as well as skin around the eyes, eyebrows, their shape, thickness, color.
Nose – shape and color of the nose, the size and shape of nostrils.
Mouth and the area around mouth – the color and texture of skin, hair growth.
Ears – size and shape. Separately the shape and size of the ear lobe.

Tongue diagnostics
The tonus, shape and color of the tongue are observed. Special attention is turned to tongue fur: where is fur located on the tongue, what color is it, is it dry or oily.

Diagnostics by affecting sensitive spots or zones (zonal diagnostics)
By palpating, applying moderate pressure on certain sensitive points and zones we can obtain information about the state of related organs or functions. Sensitivity or numbness can alert us of internal malfunction.

Pulse diagnostics
Pulse is measured on the inside of the wrist in six different pulse zones on both hands, and compared.
The rate, strength and rhythm is evaluated.
